Forest Bathing at Alver Valley Country Park

Alver Valley Country Park covers 200 hectares and is a mixture of green space, meadows, lakes, woodlands and a copse, with a great diversity of fauna and flora so plenty of places to visit during one of the many Forest Bathing sessions on offer.
There is a pay and display car park, a coffee shop and toilets avaliable.

We will meet at the far end of West Car Park, by the yellow height restriction posts. All walks are from 1000-1300hrs, unless noted differently.
